I advocate for students, provide counseling services, analyze data to close gaps, collaborate with families and staff, and uphold ethical standards.

Philosophy Statement

I believe every student is capable of growth. Counseling should be strengths-based, culturally responsive, and accessible to all. Relationships are foundational. Decisions are guided by student data and professional ethics and are aligned to the ASCA National Model and the Texas Model.
